Here at Alexactly, we love expanding our lineup of precision 3D-printed camera mounts. If you have a security camera model we don't currently support, you can get the very first production mount for free.
All we need from you are accurate, precise dimensions of your camera. If we choose to develop a new product based on your data, just cover the shipping, and the first mount is on us.
What We Need From You
1. High-Resolution Photos
Please provide clear, well-lit photos of your camera from the following angles:

2. Precise Measurements (Digital Calipers Preferred!)
To ensure a perfect, snug fit, please provide the following dimensions in millimeters (mm).
| Base Diameter: The exact footprint of the camera's mounting base. | Screw Hole Spacing: The center-to-center distance between the mounting screw holes. |
| Cable Clearance: The location and size of the power cable exit point. | Mounting Template: Scan or top-down photo of the template if included in your camera box. Better yet, mail us the actual template. |
💡 Pro-Tip for Customers: If you don't have digital calipers, place a standard ruler flat against the camera base and take a top-down, straight-on photo so we can visually verify the scale!

How It Works (The Fine Print)
- Submit Your Data: Use our contact form [or link your Shopify Forms app here] to send your measurements, camera model, and photos.
- Review & Selection: We will review the submissions. Please note that not all submissions will be developed. We select cameras based on potential community demand and manufacturing feasibility.
- Design & Print: If your camera is selected, we will design the prototype. We may reach out with follow-up questions to double-check a measurement.
- Get Your Free Mount: Once the design passes our quality checks, we will send you instructions for ordering it at no cost.
