This worked perfectly as described. The larger angled camera mold needed just a bit of **** angling to get it secured but the smaller non angled camera mount attached without issue. We used the smaller bracket to attach as it allowed better camera views. But this vinyl clip is highly recommended for anyone not wanting to **** etc… into the siding. Very sturdy as well!!

Perfect. Exactly what I needed

I bought this for a new 4k IR Ring camera for the back yard and garden. Ring does a less that ideal marketing and sales of cameras and peripherals required to mount the camera. You'd think a soffit mount would be part of their repertoire, but it's not with many of their cameras. Then they give you 20 ft of AC cord to an AC/DC converter and another 10 ft of USB-C cable. My installation was to be 6"away from a previous installation.
The Alexactly was perfect for the need, but I would need a 4" deep junction box to hold all the extra wiring.
Ultimately I put the camera in the bedroom window as all the additional "compact" parts end up costing about as much as the camera. I will very likely need the Alexactly in the future.
