Junction Box Offset Adapters

Sometimes the junction box is in the wrong place — a downspout crosses it, trim gets in the way, or you need a second fixture position and don't want to open the wall for another box. These two adapters solve those problems differently.

Which one you need

• 2-inch Offset Adapter — shifts a single fixture clear of a nearby obstruction. It overlaps the existing box and offsets the fixture about 2 inches. The recessed side carries three centered 3.5-inch mounting patterns at 0° and ±45°, giving you three offset directions from the same box. 25 × 172 × 127 mm. Includes extension wires, one standard terminal block, two screws, and a gasket. Suitable for wall or soffit.
• 8" to 24" Piggyback Offset Adapter — creates a second, slim surface-mounted fixture position from an existing junction box without cutting the wall for another box. Useful when you want to keep a porch light and add a camera. Choose 8, 16, or 24 inches nominal center-to-center distance; the adjustable overlap in the printed center cover adds up to 1.5 inches of reach, which also helps align the second position with a stud. A lamp pipe connects the two printed boxes and keeps the wires isolated and protected. Includes two terminal blocks, two pipe covers, extension wires, and a gasket.

Before you order

The 2-inch adapter has no dedicated drain hole, because the installed downward direction isn't fixed — an unused mounting hole can function as a weep opening. The Piggyback adapter is Made to Order — No Returns: it is made in your selected length, so allow additional production time before shipment, and returns are not accepted.
