Printing was extremely poor quality. I was told that they recently switched filament and there is nothing they can do to prevent it from looking extremely defective. Beware if buying at this time. I would not put this on my house. Customer service is just as poor.

We’ve recently encountered quality issues with a small number of filament batches that can create surface artifacts like the ones you received. While that explains what happened, it does not excuse the fact that the product did not meet our standards.
Unfortunately, I was traveling when your message came in and wasn’t able to fully evaluate the situation until I returned. After reviewing the photos, I agree that the prints should not have been sent out. Yours had more than just artifacts. Sorry about that.

I have large hands and getting the nut on the holding screw eas a challenge, but I got it done. Used wrench to tighten it up. Great quality. Item matched description and met my expectationd.

I bought this for a new 4k IR Ring camera for the back yard and garden. Ring does a less that ideal marketing and sales of cameras and peripherals required to mount the camera. You'd think a soffit mount would be part of their repertoire, but it's not with many of their cameras. Then they give you 20 ft of AC cord to an AC/DC converter and another 10 ft of USB-C cable. My installation was to be 6"away from a previous installation.
The Alexactly was perfect for the need, but I would need a 4" deep junction box to hold all the extra wiring.
Ultimately I put the camera in the bedroom window as all the additional "compact" parts end up costing about as much as the camera. I will very likely need the Alexactly in the future.
