Aftermarket Isolation Valve for Current-Generation DryShield or IsoVac Systems
This assembled suction-hose isolation valve is available in two device-specific versions. Select the version that matches your current-generation DryShield or IsoVac system. A customer-supplied compatible silicone mouthpiece fits over the patient-side end; the valve body remains outside the mouth near the cheek. Alexactly does not supply the mouthpiece.
🌟 What This Adapter Does

🦷 System Compatibility
- Current-generation DryShield system
- Current-generation IsoVac system
Compatibility with earlier generations, including original IsoVac versus IsoVac 2 components, has not been confirmed. Compare the listing images with your existing valve before ordering.

⚠️ Cleaning, Sterilization & Intended Use
- Formlabs material testing found compatibility with five pre-vacuum steam-autoclave cycles at 132°C, using a 4-minute sterilization phase and 30-minute dry phase. Samples cooled for 30 minutes between cycles.
- The same material report found compatibility with gamma, E-beam, and ethylene-oxide sterilization under the specific test conditions described by Formlabs.
- These results apply to Formlabs test samples and do not replace application-specific validation for this finished adapter. Sterilization compatibility may vary with part geometry, equipment, and processing protocol.
- Alexactly does not provide a separately validated cleaning, disinfection, sterilization, or maximum-reuse protocol for this finished product.
- This aftermarket component is not a certified medical device. Professional users are responsible for determining whether it is appropriate for their intended workflow and for establishing a compatible infection-control protocol.
- It may also be purchased for training, student, demonstration, or other non-clinical uses.
