📦 In The Box
- 1 Ring soffit and ceiling mount
- 3 M3 × 10 mm thread-forming screws
- 2 #8 × 1-1/2 in self-tapping screws
Camera and factory camera mounting plate are not included.
🛠️ Installation
- Choose a suitable location on the soffit, eave, ceiling, or shelf. Positioning near or into structural framing provides a more stable installation.
- Install one supplied #8 screw through the center hole.
- Rotate the bracket to the desired direction, then secure it through an outer mounting position with the second #8 screw.
- Align the camera's factory mounting plate with the matching screw pattern and attach it using the supplied M3 screws.
- Aim the camera and follow Ring's setup instructions.
⚠️ Before Installation
- Confirm that the factory mounting plate matches one of the three supported screw patterns.
- Confirm that the mounting surface and supplied fasteners are appropriate for the installation. Use suitable anchors or alternate fasteners when required.
