- Dutch Lap Vinyl: For the Dutch Lap profile shown in the listing images.
- Traditional Vinyl: For the Traditional profile shown in the listing images.
- Plank: Tested on HardiePlank fiber-cement lap siding. On wood lap siding, the clips may not hold securely if boards are warped or don't have a clearly defined inner edge. These clips are longer than the vinyl versions.
Compare your siding's cross-section with the listing images before ordering. The three clip profiles differ in shape and are not interchangeable.

🛠️ Installation
- Assemble the two siding clips and round mounting adapter plate with the included round-head screws as shown in the listing images.
- Attach the compatible Tapo solar-panel mounting hardware to the adapter plate with the included flat-head screws.
- Insert the clips between siding panels, or beneath the edge of plank siding, where the siding can flex more easily. Pull downward to seat the clips.
- Slide the assembly sideways toward a stud for improved siding support and stability.
- Install and aim the solar panel using the manufacturer's instructions.
