Mounting a camera straight onto a sloped soffit aims it wherever the slope points — usually at the ground or back at the house. A soffit wedge counteracts that slope and gives the fixture a level surface to sit on.
Made to your angle
Wedges are made to order in any whole-degree angle from 8° to 45°, matched to the pitch of your soffit. Angles must be submitted in whole degrees — a missing or fractional angle delays the order. Base diameter is 127 mm (5 in); height varies with the angle you choose.
Choosing the right wedge

Universal Soffit Wedge — accepts a fixture's own standard crossbar hardware and mounts to a standard 4-inch junction box with 3.5-inch mounting-screw spacing. This is the one for a standard fixture installation.

Reinforced Soffit Wedge — works only with Alexactly mounts. Continuous metal and brass hardware routes through the wedge and carries the load; the printed wedge is the shaped outer housing and is not load bearing. Supplied with a 1/8 IPS brass swivel and a 1/8 IPS crossbar hardware set.

Camera-specific wedges — shaped for the eufy E340 and S330, the Ubiquiti UniFi G6 Turret, and the UniFi G6 Bullet. Earlier UniFi generations may use the same hardware, but the fit has not been confirmed.
